Shipping Information
Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order. Our team work Monday to Friday and our cut-off time is 15:00pm GMT.
UK Standard Delivery:
Picking, Packing & Delivery (3-5 working days): £4.99
Please contact us if you need faster delivery and we will do our best to fulfil the order - this may require additional charges if next day is required.
International Delivery (2-4 weeks)
- Picking, Packing & International Delivery (1-2 weeks): £12.99
- We will try to get your order delivered as soon as possible but delivery times will depend on your location and courier. We expect delivery to be fulfilled in around 1 to 2 weeks.
- Please note that International Shipments cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Please note that even though we do all that we can ensure delivery is on time, we rely on our couriers to expedite this and as with all services of this type there may be unexpected or unforeseen circumstances that can cause a delay.
If you don't receive your products in the selected time period, please contact customerservices@suusco.com with your Order number.
